Refund policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order the item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery of your order for a refund (excluding sale items) or exchange. You will need to cover return shipping. All refunds will be issued as store credit within 3 business days (not including holidays or weekends) of receipt of returned products, unless they are due to a faulty product in which case a full refund will be issued. We can only accept product returns in a new and unused condition, including all packaging. No vacuum seal can be broken as they cannot be resealed. If you need to check the size of a bed please roll it out without breaking the seal. If you break the vacuum seal we cannot accept a return.
We cannot take back any used products as they cannot be resold.
All sale items are returnable for exchange only and nonrefundable.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by Fur King in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items sent back without attached tags will not be accepted under any circumstance.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automaticallyaollcated store credit via a giftcard.
